REMOTE WORK IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

On Monday this week, following guidance set-out by the UK Government we decided to activate our business continuity plans and facilitate home working; across the entire business. This decision is to protect our staff, families and friends - while playing a small part in slowing down this COVID-19 virus.

Cloud-based access to all our software and critical systems, plus a supportive culture and management team has meant no downtime or limitations to our capability. Robust infrastructure, consistent communication and maintained personal interactions have resulted in a ‘business as usual’ status; seamlessly transitioning from the office to home.

What does this mean for our clients, partners and candidates?

You can expect the same level of service you’re accustomed to experiencing from Caspian One. Our consultants remain entirely available and supportive. We’re still actively hiring permanent, contract and project-led skills for our clients and conversations are continuing - as are interviews.

The only change will be our limited capacity to travel, meet and greet. However, we do have video communication tools prepared for just such an occasion.

Rest assured we will continue to deliver quality and meet deliverables for all we engage with, regardless of what the next few weeks may hold in store. We wish you all good health and look forward to normality returning soon.

If you do have any questions about our change to remote working, how Coronavirus is impacting hiring, applying to roles and projects at this time or more - contact canada@caspianone.com or call +1 (416) 900 1284.
