WELCOMING JOSEPH POYNTER AND WILL BROWN TO CASPIAN ONE
This March Caspian One welcomes two new consultants - Joseph Poynter and Will Brown. Joining our successful North American division, these new starters will be supporting the growing demands of our clients in Toronto; focusing on UI and Java capabilities.
Joseph has come to Caspian One in search of a career with purpose and direction, having previously worked as an underwriter. He’s interested in testing himself in a new career that enables him to build relationships with different people daily - believing you only get out what you put in.
He refers to himself as being driven, hardworking and motivated; as evidenced by his experience representing England at a youth level in swimming, breaking age group records. Joseph is inspired by the likes of Michael Phelps for his sheer determination. If money were no option he’d spend his days in the gym, at the beach or surfing with friends - and top of his bucket list is climbing Machu Picchu.

Will was working a commercial vehicle recruitment role prior to joining us, with candidates from technician to Director-level. Recruitment as a career appealed to Will because, unlike ‘transactional’ sales, there is more challenge and reward associated with longer-term engagements; this he enjoys. He decided to apply to and join Caspian One because of our professional organisation, an interest in North America and excitement for the technological subjects we specialise in.
Local to our head offices in Bournemouth, Will has lived in Poole, Dorset his whole life - with both family and friends. He lives a very active lifestyle with a passion for sports; tennis, golf, skiing and water-sports. Will believes it is his extreme determination and positive attitude that empower him to be good at what he does, benefiting from the natural ability to build strong relationships.
